Tickets bought from third-party sellers or external platforms

Tickets for events occurring within 14 days of purchase

Tickets marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable”

VIP or custom experience packages that include non-refundable elements (e.g., merchandise, hospitality, accommodation)

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

If your return is approved, the ticket will be canceled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No returns will be accepted after the 14-day window or once the event date has passed.

Service and booking fees may be non-refundable, depending on the event organizer’s policy.

In cases of event cancellation or rescheduling, our Event Cancellation Policy will apply instead of the 14-day cooling-off period.
